Consumers are bombarded with statistics constantly, but most percentages and facts end up just being numbers that are easily forgettable or have a hard time sinking in. There are the few, though, that have the right comparison, verbal, visual, or otherwise, that they manage to stick in your brain. These are the ones understood well enough to tell your friends about, with feeling.
The possibility of visually explaining some confusing voting fact using time, motion, and sound increases the relevance in a culture that needs it to be entertaining and well-worth the time devoted. Elections strive for clarity and awareness, but often miss the boat. This is where our motion graphics can hopefully make a difference.
